← The NOX system Sector 02 // Outreach — live today

Finding them was the easy half. This part talks to them.

A list nobody emails is just a spreadsheet. Sector 02 writes to each company personally, off their own website. It follows up when they go quiet, answers when they reply, and drops the call straight into your calendar. You read the first message before anyone else does.

Takes 60 seconds. We point the live engine at your niche and send back the actual emails it would write — before you pay anything.

In Plain English

It's the follow-up you never get round to.

Most deals don't die because the pitch was wrong. They die because nobody sent the second email. You meant to. Then Tuesday happened.

Sector 02 reads each company's own website first — what they sell, who buys from them, what they're missing — and writes one email about that. Not a template with their name dropped into it.

Then it keeps going. Up to nine follow-ups over eight weeks, all inside the same thread, each one shorter than the last. The moment they reply, it stops chasing and starts answering.

How It Works

Four things it does. You only do one of them.

Your whole job is reading the first email and saying yes. After that it runs on its own.

01 //

It reads, then writes

Pulls their homepage and the pages behind it, works out who actually buys from them, and writes one short email about their business. Every factual claim is checked back against their own site before it counts as usable.

02 //

You approve it

The first email to any company stops and waits for you. Read it, edit a word, send it or throw it out. Nothing reaches a stranger with your name on it until you have seen it.

03 //

It follows up

Same thread, widening gaps, each message shorter than the one before. It never re-pitches; each follow-up gives them something new about their own market. It stops dead the moment they reply.

04 //

It books the call

Reads the reply, works out whether it is interest, a question or a no, answers in your voice and hands over your calendar link. A hard no is honoured immediately and never contacted again.

What It Actually Sends

One thread. Not ten cold emails.

First touch, one follow-up, the reply handled and the call booked — all in the same thread they already opened.

the hygienist hours you’re not billing

Your Tuesday and Thursday hygiene columns are full three weeks out on your online scheduler. Worth fifteen minutes to see where the billing behind them goes?

The write-offs are usually where it hides — insurance adjustments get entered as revenue and the gap never shows up on the monthly.

Interesting. We switched software in March and I have wondered about this. What does this cost?

Depends on how many providers you run, so it is easier on a call than guessed at over email. Grab whatever slot suits you.

// every message in the sequence asks for the same fifteen minutes. never a sample, never “want me to send something over” — that wins a reply and loses the meeting. the list is the reason for the call, not the thing being offered.
anything about money, contracts or compliance is never answered automatically; those replies stop and wait for you, with the reason attached.

See It Running For Real
Every cold email NOXCORP sends is written by this exact engine.

We point Sector 02 at our own business first. The emails that go out looking for NOX's clients are written, approved, threaded, followed up and answered by the same system you would be buying. If it breaks, we find out before you do — and it has broken, and we fixed it, which is rather the point of running it on ourselves.

It cannot invent

Every specific claim about a prospect has to trace back to a phrase on their own website. If it cannot, the email is rewritten before it is allowed to send.

It checks its own work

Each draft is graded before sending. Anything that reads as a template, misidentifies who the reader is, or forgets to ask for anything gets rewritten automatically, or it does not go.

It sends slowly on purpose

New sending domains ramp over weeks, not days, on a hard daily cap. Sending fast is the quickest way to end up in spam, and your domain reputation is not worth the hurry.

Sector 02 Access

Runs on its own, or on top of Sector 01.

Take it standalone with a list you already have, or bolt it onto Sector 01 so found and contacted are one motion. Exclusive to one client per niche, same as Sector 01, and your monthly rate holds as Sectors 3–4 come online.

Build your sequence

Pick the depth, pick the term.

Priced per engine, never per email or per reply. Move either switch and the number moves with it.

    How the price is set

Monthly, based on how many mailboxes you need warm and how much of your sequence has to be written from scratch. Nothing is priced per email or per reply.

    What's on top

A one-time setup to buy and warm your sending domain, wire your calendar and tune the voice. Quoted on the call once we have seen your market.

    What you're not locked into

Month-to-month after setup. Cancel and the sending stops that day. Your founding rate holds for as long as you stay.

    Straight Answers

    The questions everyone asks.

Will it email people without me seeing it first?

No. The first message to any company waits for you, every time. You read it, change it if you want, and it sends exactly what you approved — not a regenerated version of it. Only the follow-ups inside a thread you already approved go out on their own.

    Isn't cold email just spam?

Spam is the same message to ten thousand strangers. This writes one email per company off that company's own website, sends a few dozen a day at most, threads the follow-ups instead of starting fresh, and removes anyone who asks the instant they ask. That is the difference, and it is the difference deliverability actually measures.

What if it says something wrong about a prospect?

Every specific claim has to trace back to a phrase on their own site. Anything it cannot verify gets rewritten before sending, and if the rewrite still fails, that email does not go at all. It would rather send you nothing than send a stranger something invented.

Do I need Sector 01 first?

No. Bring your own list and Sector 02 will write to it. They are built to run together though — Sector 01 decides who is worth writing to, Sector 02 writes. Most people end up wanting both once they have seen either.

What is it actually asking them for?

Fifteen minutes, every single time. Not a sample, not a document, not a reply. An ask that can be satisfied by “sure, send it over” produces more email and no meeting, so the sequence never makes one — the list it could build is the reason for the call, never the thing on offer. The automated checks reject any draft whose closing ask is not a request for time.

What happens when someone actually replies?

The sequence stops immediately. The reply gets read and sorted — interest, question, objection, wrong person, or a no. Interest gets your calendar link. Anything about pricing, contracts or compliance stops and waits for you rather than guessing.
