Privacy Policy
NOXCORP (“we,” “us”) refers throughout this page to the business operating noxcorps.com and the NOXCORP client portal. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Contact form submissions (name, email, business details) — via Web3Forms
- Account information for logged-in clients (email, password) — via Supabase Auth
- Business and lead data generated for your account — stored in Supabase, visible only to you
- Call bookings (name, email, meeting details) — via Cal.com
2. How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, deliver the service you signed up for, and operate your client portal. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Third-party services
We rely on the following processors to run NOXCORP: Supabase (database and authentication), Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Cal.com (scheduling). Each has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.
4. Cookies and tracking
noxcorps.com does not currently use advertising cookies. We store a small amount of data in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your HALO console history on your own device.
5. Data retention and your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing work@noxcorps.com. We action these requests within 30 days.
6. Children's privacy
NOXCORP is a B2B service. It is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as NOXCORP evolves. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the update.
8. Contact
This is a standard-practice document, not a substitute for legal advice. Worth a lawyer's review once NOXCORP is a registered entity handling client contracts at scale.
