Terms of Service
By using noxcorps.com or the NOXCORP client portal, you agree to the following terms.
1. The service
NOXCORP builds and operates a custom automated lead-generation engine scoped to your niche, delivered through a private client portal.
2. Payment and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly following a one-time build fee. Service is month-to-month with no minimum term — cancel any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Lead delivery and results
We target the lead volume stated in your plan, delivered to your portal on schedule. We do not guarantee conversions, closed deals, or revenue from those leads — what you do with a qualified lead is on you.
4. Intellectual property
The underlying engine, scoring methodology, workflows, and infrastructure that power NOXCORP are the exclusive property of NOXCORP and are not transferred, licensed, or disclosed to clients. Clients receive access to their own output — leads, scores, portal data — not the system that produces it.
5. Limitation of liability
NOXCORP is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as NOXCORP evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the update.
